All products are shipped to you by Amsterdam Diamonds FREE OF CHARGE.
Every shipment includes a reflection period of 14 days from the moment of arrival.
Attention: the product should be returned in as new condition and in the original packaging or the return shipment may be declared invalid.
If the shipment of your order is considerably delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.
These shipment conditions only apply to tangible products.
In the event of a shipment that takes considerably longer than usual, Amsterdam Diamonds shall contact you to discuss the various possibilities. A delay in your order is unpleasant and we understand.
Shipment for Europe
Amsterdam Diamonds does not charge shipping costs for all orders within Europe.
Shipment outside of Europe
For shipments outside of Europe, Amsterdam Diamonds shall consult the costs and charge these to you, unless agreed upon otherwise.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is sent, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, Taxes and Levies
Amsterdam Diamonds is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to your order. Any costs imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (rates, taxes, etc.).
If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact Amsterdam Diamonds and save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Our return policy contains detailed information regarding the possibilities and procedures for returning your order.
If you wish to return an order, please first contact Amsterdam Diamonds (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will walk you through the process.
You can return unopened products in the original packaging within 14 days after your purchase. If 14 or more days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or product exchange.

After receiving the returned product, we will fully investigate it and inform you through email and within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a return shipment. If you are entitled to a return shipment, we shall refund the purchase sum and an automatic crediting will be applied to your original payment method.
Only regularly priced products are eligible for refunds. Sales products fall outside the return policy.
